Here are the industries with 90% of their stocks advancing today.

 Here are the industries with 20% of their stocks making new highs.

I would have preferred to do this after the FOMC anmnouncement, but I have to go offline until just after the close. Today we are getting another one of those days where almost everything is going up, but oddly enough we only have 2 industries on both lists. Discount and variety stores is the bigger of the two groups andhas been a strong group for quite a while. BIG is the leading stock in this group, but COSt, DG, DLTR, and TGT are also very strong.
