 These are the industries with 20% or more of their stocks making new highs.

Auto manufacturers - major is a 9 stock group that is otherwise one I would be ignoring, but is is common to both lists today, and had one notable breakout yesterday, TM, and another one today, GM. This is a historically weak group that seems to get hit pretty hard during market corrections, and has not bounced back very strongly from any of them. The new highs here are porbably a function of the 52 week highs dropping, and a look at the long term weekly charts for the group pretty much confirms that.
