KBH broke out of  a fairly long base, on a good move on high volume. There isn't much not to like on this chart, but one thing it might be signalling is a green light to buy not only this, but any other of the home builders. They have been tough to trade lately, but they have been pulling themselves out of it just when they looked like hey were ready to collapse.
