One of the big stories so far in 2013 is the straight up move of the Dow Transports, and here is a big reason why. This is regional airlines, a 12 stock group, most of which have been in strong up trends since September of last year. The group as a whole has not moved much in relative strength in the last month, as there are a few laggards here, but the stocks that are in the relative strength range are still moving up. ALK is the leader here, but there are 4 other new highs,  and 4 others close to new highs.
