Here is the new market leadership for this week. LAD, PCLN, and APFC are the strongest in relative strength, while BOFI and CSTE have had the biggest drops in relative strength. RDA is making a big breakout move on very high volume: this is a very small float, usually thinly traded stock, and will probably be very volatile this week. There are 9 stocks with more than 10% of the float short, making them potential short squeezes.  New highs - EPAM, INVN, KORS, LL, NUS, OAS, RDA, WLK.
