Tuesday Morning Update

Yesterday I said I wouldn't buy the bullish case unless the resistance at 1768 was taken oout; it was tested going into the close yesterday and failed. now the bears get to make their case, and need to break 1752, which right now looks unlikely, at least for today.  However, the market has not yet shown signs of reversal, and if we get another one of those relentless sell offs, 1752 will very much be in play. XLU and XLP are leading the sectors this morning, while XLI and XLY are lagging. The Nasdaq is about even, the Russell 2000 is lagging. Oil and gold are down, treasury yields up.

I have 94 new highs so far, with breakouts in ENDP, KERX, ARCI, GTAT, ORIG, OTEX, RCON, FN, SYKE, AEIS, and DWRE. I have another ton of earnings coming in, from last night on the left, from this morning on the right:
